There is no simple answer, but I know what does not work for me.

And Tip # 3 is to eat more fish, especially sardines. Sardines are known as a weight loss diet because of the presence of omega-3 fatty acids properly. Omega-3 helps eliminate fatty acids and lower cholesterol. A can of sardines packed in water is also inexpensive and easy to carry everywhere.
Tip # 4 is a dance. Dance is a natural pleasure and creates. When you do something nice, you’re happy, you feel young. Moreover, the advantage is that the dance has been shown to relieve stress. Thus, to find a groove and get it. Spend 20 minutes or so by simply moving the progressive music of the body. You will feel rejuvenated.
